Global Retail had grown through acquisitions, resulting in 12 different digital products with inconsistent design, poor brand recognition, and duplicated engineering effort. Design teams were frustrated, and customers were confused.
We created a unified design system from the ground up, working closely with stakeholders from each product team. The system included design tokens, component library, documentation, and governance processes.
