Biowaste Solutions was scaling rapidly across multiple states in India, manufacturing bio-degradable household items. However, their operations were fragmented. They lacked a central system to track worker production metrics, monitor supply chains, analyze raw waste conversion efficiency, manage retail point-of-sale (POS) systems, and coordinate e-commerce shipments. Real-time data was unavailable, making production planning reactive and inefficient.
We built an end-to-end, high-performance web dashboard that unifies their factory floor operations with retail POS and digital consumer commerce. Using a serverless React/Next.js frontend and a FastAPI backend, the solution incorporates an AI production engine that analyzes waste inventory, consumption trends, and seasonal demand to generate daily manufacturing recommendations, optimizing yield and slashing raw material waste.
